Parametric 3D Modeling and Detailing     3D digital solid modeling gives clarity to design, which is not possible with 2D drafting. The design information and legacy data can be converted into parametric, feature based, fully associative CAD models. This not only helps you to speed up the design process but also the manufacturability of the products. In 3D solid modeling, CAD database migration, or 2D drawing data conversion to 3D solid models is not an automated process of modeling. We recreate or rebuild the 3D models and all design databases incorporating design intent step by step. Some of the areas where our team has expertise are the re-mastering of automobile components such as Body, Chassis, Electrical, Engine, Interior, and Seating.   Based on the 3D model, the 2D format of the model is created and the corresponding views, sections, and other details are generated along with all the required GD&T information and key dimensions. Notes and other pertinent information are inserted where required. This 2D format can be used to check the correctness of the solid model. The drawings are plotted and given to the customer for his feedback. Upon satisfaction, the model and drawings are cleared for delivery.
