How do I hire your people to work on my project?

Can you assist me with a project that is already in progress?
Yes, if you have additional or surplus work, you can hire our professionals for a limited time period. We can boost capacity addition for your peak load projects. Our experienced engineers and technicians will be able to meet even the most demanding deadlines.

How do I ensure that my data is protected and secured?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement with the client and a non-disclosure bond with our staff. We know that this is pivotal in reducing outsourcing risks. We have ‘anti-virus' software implemented at both server and client levels. Only authorized employees are permitted access into our buildings through the badge access system. We understand the privacy and security required to protect our clients' strategic information and processes. We will never distribute any client information or data without the prior written consent of the client except to the extent required for execution of the project.

How do we transfer data to you?
You may either courier or email us the data or use FTP to directly transfer files.

In what format can the drawings be sent?
The files can be of any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG or even PDF. AutoCAD drawings can also be emailed to us for 3D modeling and animations. Paper drawings can also be couriered to our Chennai (India) office address.

What project tracking options are available?
Each project is assigned a project manager who manages the project and the client relationship. Project managers should be available on all working days during normal business hours to provide status updates by phone, e-mail or Skype chat. We will send weekly status reports that identify the status of execution. We are currently developing a method for tracking your project status online.

Do you follow your own CAD standards or those which we prescribe?
We set up CAD standards as furnished by the client. In the absence of prescribed standards we use widely accepted default standards.

How can I make sure we do not lose the look and feel of our drawings and documents?
We collect as much detail as possible when you submit so we can make sure that everything we do fits within your parameters and looks exactly as you require. We assign your work to the same CAD professional who becomes familiar with your firm.

How do you ensure accuracy on converted models?
BonSource has a strong quality assurance and inspection process to ensure the accuracy and quality of all specifications, drawings, models, and other outputs.
